I would like to know if it is possible to support 4GB with just four device, ie 4 x MT41K512M16HA.
I see on the EVM that EMIF 1 uses 2 x MT41K512M16HA and supports ECC with 1 x MT41K512M8RH. EMIF 2 uses 4 x MT41K512M8RH.
Is there any reason why EMIF 2 cannot support 2 x MT41K512M16HA?
Finally - Can you recommend a Q100 8Gb device?
