DM388: DM388 kit booting issue

Part Number: DM388

sir , i have purchased a DM388 CSK kit and when i perform the kit initialization to generate the device IP address, it keeps on rebooting. I think the files in the SD card is corrupted. Please provide the link for boot image creation.

    Hi Prashant,
    i have read the technical documents but my issue is more related to sd card as the files there are corrupted and i am not able to generate the RTSP link because of rebooting...can you provide the steps to prepare a sd card and what are the exact requirements for the same..

    hi Prashant,

    I am trying to attach the screenshot here of the error i am getting when trying to generate the device IP address for accessing the camera but there is no option..

    Does IPNC package contains all the files like MLO ,img etc ?

    And what are the requirements for booting the sd card.

    Is it necessary to use Linux OS ? Or Windows 7 will also work?

Can you refer to some technical person from TI service center in india who can boot the sd card as its a hardware issue and not software and the hardware is in warranty period..

    Hi Piyush,

    You can copy paste your console logs here.

    You can set BINARY_MODE   := sd in Rules.make and build image which will generate MLO and other package in tftp/DM388/sd/ directory.
