Hello All,

For one of project, I need to find out the boot-up time for TDA2Px device. We have two TDA2Px systems one of which will be running with SysBIOS on A15 and another will be running with Linux on A15.

In "Section 15.2 TDA2Px Device" of "SBL_UserGuide.pdf" boot-up cycles for QSPI, NOR and SD boot mode are mentioned. I am using Processor SDK 3.2.

Are these boot-cycles applicable to only for SysBIOS on A15 or Linux on A15 as well.

Hi Abhay,

This is used for measuring SBL boot up time and applicable when you load any application using it. Linux is loaded using u-boot and this is not valid there.

Hi Rishabh,

Thanks for reply. In our system we are planning to have a safety microcontroller and TDA2Px.
TDA2Px will have two configurations:
1. SysBIOS on A15 &
2. Linux on A15

We need this information for setting the delay time for starting the communication between Safety Micro and TDA2Px.
Can you provide any link where we can get more information on boot-up time on Linux.
