Linux/AM5718: PCIe link does not come up

Dear team,

I am using am5718 on my own board.

When I try to link a pcie to ethernet card, it report "link never came up".

AM5718 work on RC mode.

I found the pcie phy only in poll.active state.

BSP 04.01.00.06.

HOW I debug this?

What device is connected to the am5718? Do you have a TI EVM to try if that works for you?

The enpoint device is Ethernet card.Before link assert a reset signal via gpio,it can works.
