Question:
Can I have information of package skew or wire length of bonding wire for AM335x?
Or
Do I need NOT to care that information because package size of AM335x are very small, and have length matching, therefore I can ignore that information?
My customer have one of design review metrics, it is “Do you care “”IC internal delay/package skew”” on your PCB design?” They think they should check that metrics when they uses high-speed I/F, therefore they have this question.
