am3358: Powering SD card before processor

Is there any issue with powering up the SD Card or UART interface before the MicroProcessor is powered or completely powered up? What are the trade offs?The SD card MMC0 and UART is powered via the VDDSHV4=VDDSHV6=3.3V_supplyB. The supply that powers the SD Card is on 3.3V_supplyA. There is the potential that 3.3V_supplyA will come up before the uP is fully powered or powered at all.
