DM6437 - 256Kb L1P, 640Kb L1D, 1Mb L2 - ?

Hi,
now I try to optimize the speed of my program, and suddenly saw these words -.
 

· C64x+ L1/L2 Memory Architecture

         256K-Bit (32K-Byte) L1P ProgramRAM/Cache [Flexible Allocation]

 

         640K-Bit (80K-Byte) L1D Data RAM/Cach [Flexible Allocation]

 

      1M-Bit (128K-Byte) L2 Unified Mapped RAM/Cache [Flexible Allocation]


While all the documents I see other values. Of course I want to have 256,640 and 1M!!!.
My  question - please, explain,how to understand this sentence from the document and can I have this memory?
