We are designing an instrument with fast data processing capabilities. We will be using an FPGA for data capture and some data processing but are looking for a CPU with graphics ability that can run Linux to partner this. The AM5728 seems to fit the bill but it only has 2 x PCIe lanes to communicate with the FPGA, which will be a data bandwidth bottleneck in our system. Are there any other CPU's similar to the AM5728 that has 4 or more PCIe lanes ?
