AM4378: ADC input current

I would like to know the input current of each pin in AM437x ADC pins. Since, this information, I could not find in datasheet, I am in need of your help for our project. I request you to send me the information as soon as possible.

There is no such parameter. You will find "Input Impedance of AIN[7:0]" in Table 5-5 from the AM437x Datasheet Rev. D.

Thanks for your response.

Is there any maximum ADC IO current rating for Sitara processors that I can consider for my power calculation ? Also, whether the input impedance of ADC IOs could be useful to know on current rating ?

No, there is no such parameter. ADC input current is calculated from the formula I gave above.
