Linux/AM5728: PCIe configuration issue

Hello,

We are using the PCIe in our design, when we are not configuring gpio2_30 and gpio2_31 able to see pci2 bus and the module connected. But when we are configuring those lines as GPIO, not able to see the pcie bus only when we ran the lspci command. Could you please tell me are we using anywhere those gpio or how it is related to pcie?

Hi,

In the AM572x GP EVM these GPIO lines are not related to PCIe, however we cannot say how they are used in your design. Please provide detailed information of your use case.

Thanks for your reply Biser,

I'm using our custom board, dts file taking am57xx-evm.dts as reference, doing other modifications in am57xx-evm-common.dtsi file.

We are planning to use those two gpio as gpio for some other control circuit.

Please check the dts files to be sure there isn't any conflict.
