Hi all,
we try to implement a video streaming application on our TDA3 board with VSDK 2.12.
The application is 3D surroundview with nullLink and HDMI as video sink in parallel.
We use the TFDTP protocol and have adapted the nullLink and network_ctrl tool.
The TCP handshake in the TFDTP is disabled/commented out and we are just sending the UDP packets
when the video starts.
Curious is now, that everything works fine on my PC (Win10 i5-660, 16GB Ram) but not on any
other PC (Win7 or Win10 with respective HW). When the TDA3 Board with Surround View application is connected
to any other PC and starts, the UDP stream stopps exactly with the last UDP packet
of the second picture.
I found out, that the delay between each UDP packet is about 1..~3ms in the fault case. So one YUV Image needs
~1 Second to be transmitted (video in is 30fps). This causes to hang the whole video pipeline because the framebuffer
is blocked too long by the network stack (I think).
I can't see any network message from PC to our TDA3 board in Wireshark, that could cause a termination in our
TDA3 application. (Just UDP packets from TDA3). Our Application just stops without any visible influence of the PC.
But there must be an influence.
Can someone please give a hint how to debug this issue?
Thanks in Advance!
Best wishes,
Sebastian
