Hello TI,
We are bringing up the AM3352 processor, custom board with micron ram MT41K128M16JT-125 IT:K (256 MB)
Please help to get configuration in ddr_defs.h file from u-boot source for the micron ram MT41K128M16JT-125 IT:K (256 MB)
In U-boot source configuration present for Micron MT41K128M16JT-187E (same chip but differs in Timing – cycle time). In that case can use the same configuration. but which configuration(like EMIF_SDCFG, EMIF_TIM1, ... ) do i need to modify for micron ram MT41K128M16JT-125 IT:K (256 MB)
I request to clarify these points and please give a procedure to have a micron ram MT41K128M16JT-125 IT:K (256 MB) configuration in u-boot source.
