part number is mentioned above
Tool is ccsv6, XDS200, gp EVM AM572x
Software is TI RTOS(processor_sdk_rtos_am57xx_4_00_00_04) for ARM cortex A15 and baremetal for PRU.

Anjana,

Interrupt is processed by polling R31 register bit 31/30 as you have done. There is no ISR for PRU as typical MCU. Without the context switching of ISR, the register polling provides more determinism for real time application.
