Hi,

I have a question about 66AK2H06.

I'm searching the location of ARM internal memory (L1 Instruction/Data, and L2).
From 66AK2H06 datasheet(SPRS866G) page.69 Table 8-1 Device Memory Map,
I couldn't find the location of the ARM internal memory.
So, which area are those memory located? We would like to know the memory address.
