DRA712: ADB devices recognizing issue

Part Number: DRA712

There's one annoying issue related to adb connection I wanted to check with you to understand whether it's related to our hw or the Android release.

We are experiencing an adb issue where the host pc is not always recognizing the device by issuing 'adb devices' command. Sometimes there is no device so we need to unplug, wait and re-plug the usb to have the device listed and most of the time the device is listed with no permissions (the Android UI is not asking for permissions neither). At that point by switching the Android's USB setting between 'file transfer' or MTP the device got permissions and we can work with adb.

This occurs each time adb starts, or after restarting adb as root, etc.

Do you know what could be happening? The issue is really annoying since makes the adb tool almost unusable.
