66AK2L06: Power Requirement Questions

I am using the 66AK2L06 Power Consumption Model r1p0p5 and I have a few questions.

The model provides estimates for 6 different supplies: CVDD, CVDD1, DVDD15, DVDD18, DVDD33 and VDDALV.

  1. It does not provide estimates for VDDAHV, or AVDDAx. Are these included in the DVDD18 estimate?
  2. It also does not provide estimates for VDDUSB, VP, or VPTX. Are these included in VDDALV (the 0.85V supply)?
  3. It also does not provide estimates for VPH, is this included in DVDD33?
