RTOS/AM3352: Limitation in callback function

Dear Champs,

My customer would like to check what is the limitation in the callback function of timer and hwi/swi, and could you please provide guide for callback function?

e.g. is it possible to use Mailbox and malloc in the callback function of timer and hwi/swi?

in this case, if mailbox was used as BIOS_NO_WAIT, can it be used in the callback function?

Hi Sung-IL,

Please take a look at the API reference in SYS/BIOS to see what context APIs can be called in. For example, here is Mailbox's APIs. You can see that you can call Mailbox_pend and Mailbox_post from both Hwi and Swi if the timeout is 0 (or BIOS_NO_WAIT).
