TDA2EG: HDR capable SOC/Development kit

I am Looking to interface HDR camera to SOC/development kit I have Ominvision OV10640 can i get a cheaper development kit i have looked upon Davinci DM37X , D3 engineering Development board as well

and TDA2X,3X and D3 engineering module as well i am looking for some thing cheaper like TMS series or other DSP processor and if its capable HDR processing and Video processing

There is also a RVP board, you could try that.
On TDA3xx, there is a ISP block, which could process WDR Camera.. RVP board uses ISP to process OV10640 output.

But it cost more we compared to TDA 2x module i need something like TMS or davinci series
