Hi all

I would like to design a customized board with OMAP3530, and I want to use a PoP package with NAND/DDR like the Mistral EVM.

I could find what memory chip is used: Micron MT29C2G48MAKLCJI-6 IT.

But I could not find where I can buy the OMAP3530+memory stacked package!

Should I buy them separately and assemble them? I don't think it will be easy (or even possible).

Is there any commercially available stacked package?
