Hi，

I see an example. Select SPI1 flash (boot mode) in AISgen, but the start address of load memory is 0xc0000000 (address of DDR2 memory start). Why is this set up?

Which example are you referring to? Do you get an error when you follow it?
Which SDK version are you booting?

I just looked at the example and didn't burn it. If the boot mode is spi1 flash, what is the start address?

It explains in details the OMAP-L1x & TMS320C67x bootloaders. See Chapter 5 AISgen: Tool to Generate Boot Script (AIS Image), which explains in details each field in the AISGen tool.
