Hi team,

We are working on a DVR-like application where we have 2 camera inputs over CSI-2 streaming up to 1080p30 video.

Here are the questions that we have related to the software:

  1. In the Linux version, are all of the peripherals available? PRUs, GPUs, etc.?
  2. If we go Linux vs TI RTOS, do we need the RT patch on Linux?
  3. Does the TI RTOS have an IP stack that would support a tiny web server? Is there already a tiny web server implementation that is recommended?
  4. If we choose TI RTOS, are the peripheral drivers already available? Is the documentation and example code mature?
  5. For the TI RTOS, what are the tools needed? Do we need a JTAG? If so, SWD or full JTAG stack? Do we use Segger or other tools?
