We developed product based on AM4376 and it's software using TI-Linux-Sdk.

We used rootfile system given in SDK.

We want know under which licenses [software and hardware ] we can sale this product.

We required your inputs on our understanding as below

1.User can sell hardware along with application developed using TI-Linux-SDK.
2.User cannot sell standalone software developed using TI-Linus-SDK
3.User can sell standalone software developed using TI-Linus-SDK after publishing improvments.
