Linux/PROCESSOR-SDK-AM335X: NAND image for programming

This is a very broad questions and I'm not sure I understand how to help. Both U-Boot and Linux have tools for writing images to NAND and they will handle the OOB as well.

I want to make USB img file on my 512MB NAND device with no ecc error and no bad sector for Mass Production.

So I'd like to know how to make ubifs.img for no ecc error and no bad sector in OOB section in Imag 

that I'll use the img for mass production in factory.
