PROCESSOR-SDK-AM437X: Serial communication issue in U-boot

Dear Sirs!

We have bought am437x GP EVM board but can not access u-Boot during boot process. The board is starting properly but after stopping it in u-boot (by hitting any key) it is not possible to issue any commands. If we try to type the characters over serial port they are not recognized. We have same behavior with the image from SD card provided together with the board and also on manually generated u-boot.img and MLO file. In attachment you can see both print screens during boot. The board is connected via serial cable to the terminal. Serial port parameters have not been changed and are set to 115200. Can you please let me know what could be potential issue and how to solve it.? After finished kernel boot the serial port is again fully accessible.
