I want to know that the provided Linux SDK for Sitara processor is works in kernal space or in user space...??
because i want to port this SDK to Raspberry pi board..

I am not sure that I understand this question.
Here is PSDK getting started guide:

We does not support PSDK on raspberry pi. We support PSDK on our TI devices since PSDK is for them.
So if you have question regarding TI devices + PSDK please ask or open a new topic.
Please stop open topics for Rasberry Pi.
