Does the CLKOUT1/2 pin default output clock or during ROM booting?

    Hi Tony,

    If I understand correct, CLKOUT0/1 are mux options on shared pins. The actual PCB (and pinmux) configuration is never known and therefore clock output is safe to be  off and HiZ, at power-up. Customer bootloader can enable CLKOUT later, because it  'knows'  if  CLKOUT is needed or not.
