every expecter

I have use a usb_serial_device of StartWare , when I connect to PC (windows 7) , there "unknown device" pop up.

and then pull off usb cable, connect again there are corect message of " StarterWare USB serial port".

Could you tell me how to set the register, when  connect PC first time  that show me the "StarterWare USB serial port" ?
