Load Program Failed of Video Stabilization Demo

Hi,all.I'm using DEC6437,today I wanted to run the Video Stabilization Demo of of Target Support Package TC6 of Matlab2009a,It was successfully complied, but failed when loading the .out program disregard whether I replaced the generated .cmd with my board .cmd or not ,the error message is as below:
'Data verification failed at address 0x810E8EE0.Please verify target memory and memory map'
 
How to solve this problem?
