AM3703: Booting and using NAND without OS

Hi Everybody ,

I have a design no OS on AM3703 , I would like to use NAND to boot from and be able to store in there some data in case .

do you have any suggestion on how to handle without any OS and any Filesystem ?

any input is very welcome

While this is possible, I would strongly advise against using NAND in an OS-less environment. You will need to take care of a lot of things that NAND management requires - bad block management, wear leveling, ECC, etc. A better solution can be chosing an eMMC, which takes care of all these functions internally, without host intervention.
