Hi ! 
I would like to make the first purchase of Sitara TM Processors for installing CODESYS, 3S-Smart Software Solutions GmbH.  In order to begin I need one Ether CAT_Master. Could you suggest me the best option, probably BEAGLEBOARD-X15 or something different?
In addition, I need one Ether CAT_Slave, like BeagleBone Black Development Board ?  
And the last thing, could you tell whether you provide with Software CODESYS EtherCAT for Sitara, the one you recommend me to buy, or should I contact 3S-Smart Software Solutions GmbH?

    Hi Oleh,

    You will have to contact 3S for the CODESYS support for the AM572x.

    I can make some recommendations on which TI EVMs to purchase. For the scenario you describe there has been some work done on the AM5728-IDK board for the Ether CAT master and for the slave the AM335x-ICEV2 board was used. The RTOS package for the AM335x-ICEV2 comes with an Ethercat slave image that can be used out of the box with the CODESYS EtherCAT master that would be running on the AM5728. I would recommend that the TI Processors SDK RT-Linux is the TI Linux kernel that should be used with the CODESYS runtime from 3S.
