Our customer sent us a question about External capacitor Spec. for CAP_VBBLDO* and CAP_VDDRAM* of AM5728.
We found the description in Datasheet(SPRS953C) as below;
- Table 4-34. Power Supply Signal Descriptions
"This pin must always be connected via a 1-μF capacitor to vss."
And we also checked two EVM schematics and BOMs as below;

0402ZD105KAT2A(Capacitor 1uF 10V Ceramic 10% 0402) are connected to those pins;

C0603X5R0G105M030BC(0201,1UF,4V,X5R,20%) are connected to those pins;
Question:
Are there any recommendation to decide those external capacitors for CAP_VBBLDO* and CAP_VDDRAM* like below spec.?
- Voltage
- Tolerance
They would like to use 20% tolerance capacitors to those pins.
