I am planning to boot AM572x using the NAND device using mmc.
Please update whether we can go for it or not.

This is not a NAND device, it's eMMC memory. You can boot using eMMC boot. See section 33.3.7.6 of the AM572x TRM Rev. I.

I have mention the emmc chip part number.
Is any dependency on the chip, to boot the board.
I have not seen the chip maf_id in the u-boot code.

No, all requirements are listed in section 33.3.7.6.1
