I've bought 3pcs of part# TMS320C6455BZTZA from REI, date code is 1319.
As you can see it has white dent on the edge, and all these three pcs look like this, REI says it's normal since they've received parts from TI directly, but it's the first time we receive TI parts like this, could you help check for me?
