    Some quick feedback... but I still encourage you to submit for a schematic review through your TI representative.

    Pretty good schematics.

    Bootmode pins must not be left floating. Recommend routing each to a pull-up and pull-down, so you can modify the bootmodes after building the board. Make sure to pull them up to DVDDEMIF an not DVDDIO.
    EM_A[15]/GP[21]/BTM0
    EM_A[16]/GP[22]/BTM1
    EM_A[17]/GP[23]/BTM2
    EM_A[18]/GP[24]/BTM3
    EM_A[19]/GP[25]/BTM4
    EM_A[20]/GP[26]/BTM5

    * R1212 and R1213 look to be both populated (CVDDRTC supply). Only one should be populated, both look like valid supplies.

    * U1201 USB oscillator is populated, but none of the USB supplies are supplied. The oscillator will not operate without USB supplies. Use CLKIN as the clock source - it is connected to SAI2_MCLK ON THE STM32, which should work.

    * MT48H32M16LF is obsolete, do you have stock of this memory?
