USB Drive on DVSDK 4.00 - Invalid FAT filesystem

Moving to DVSDK 4.00, and I'm trying a couple of USB removable drives that worked under 3.00.  For both of them, I'm getting a bad media value.  Below is an example of the full debug log.  Any ideas what might be going wrong here?

Thanks,
 Glenn Wainwright
