Thermal Models are provided on the product folder

Package thermals are provided in the datasheet

There are a few helper application notes and thermal profile data for EVM running typical scenarios that are also provided in the product folder
www.ti.com/.../technicaldocuments
(search thermal).

This is all the relevant collateral we provide for thermal design.

Die Size etc is not public information and likely not relevant here.
