Hello!
Is it possible to connect two rank of DDR3 memory to the Sitara?
It would require a second chip-select (CS), clock enable (CKE), on-die-termination (ODT) and calibration (ZQ) pin to do so,
Per my information the manufacturer Intelligent Memory plans to release a 16 Gigabit DDR3L device in x8 and x16 later this year, but this would have two internal ranks (each 8Gb) with separate CS, CKE, ODT and ZQ pins for each rank.
