-Page size: 4352 Bytes
-OOB size: 256 Bytes

Micron(MT29F16G08ABABA)
-Page size: 4320 Bytes
-OOB Size: 224 Bytes

Yes, these will be both supported if they are ONFI compatible (I suppose they are).

No, we don't have a list of supported devices. NAND requirements are listed in section 26.1.8.4 of the AM335x TRM Rev. P.
