These information about the target specific support tunning is scattered in SYS/BIOS User guide and device technical reference manual. The GUI provides basic configuration for cache, MMU...it's recommended to use the .cfg file/script instead of GUI to configure the modules. There are many .cfg files provided in Processor SDK RTOS examples that you can refer to.
