Embedded database on EVM6446

Hi,

Does anyone install embedded database on EVM6446? I want to let my arm application connect a embedded database (for example: mysql). Does anyone suggest me a reference on what I should do?

Hi Lorry,

To be honest, I have not heard of anyone using mysql embedded with DM6446. I was looking at mysql website to find out if this could run on an ARM9 (one of the CPUs included in DM6446), but I could not find this CPU listed as one of the supported mysql CPUs ( see http://www.mysql.com/oem/mysql_embedded_server_ds.pdf ). Before you embark on this path, I would get confirmation from mysql directly that they support running on ARM9.
