DM6467 HDVIPC -- Urgent

I am trying to run my code on HDVICP DM6467 core using Blackhwak USB560m I installed latest drivers and I also have gel files.

But while running my code on C64Xplus core.. memory of C64XPLUS core is not set...

Please help me in this regard.

And please help me where I can find the detailed tech doc's related to running the HDVICP co-processors in parllel, how to run the code in both ARM and C64X+ in parllel..

I believe I just answered another of your posts and suggested you use GEL files, which you already appear to be using; where did you get you GEL files? GEL file normally initilizes basic hardware like memory.

That said, ARM/Linux is a multi-threaded system, therefore as long as it has work to do, it always time slices and works on whatever else needs to be done in the system, despite what is going on on the DSP core. For example, when ARM calls on codec engine APIs for the DSP to do some work, it does not simply wait idle for DSP to come back. If that particular thread that called the DSP is blocked waiting for a call, Linux OS automatically allocates time to other threads (in the same or different process) that may need to do some work. No need for you to do anything especial, this is all taken care for you by Linux OS.

The HDVICP co processors are not publicly documented, for documentation on leveraging them you should work with your local TI contact as you may require NDA and specialized support. For using the ARM and DSP in parallel is just a matter of leveraging the existing software frameworks, as Juan suggested running Codec Engine from the ARM to load and manage the DSP is the typical path to utilizing both ARM and DSP at the same time.
