usb host does not function on evm2 board sometimes!

Hi, all

on evm2 board, when suspend/wakeup frequently, the usb host could not function.

and sometimes output the below function:

!!!CFunction( tier 1)::IsPipeHalted on suspend state is illgle, address = 1, pipe = 0.

Any suggestion ?

    There is a known issue with the EHCI port on the 6.15 release and the symptoms of that issue match those mentioned in your post.

    Bug ID is 74790.

    Having said that, could you provide details about your setup? Your responses would help in knowing whether this is the same issue that is documented in the bug.

    1. Are you using only EHCI, OTG or both?
    2. Which devices are connected to the USB port(s)?
    3. After how many suspend/resume do you see the problem and how often?

    Hi,

    I could not access the website you said, clicking the site serveral times.

    Below is my details:

    1, I use otg and host ports both

    2, for otg, it is a slave , connecting for PC. and , for host, it is master, and connect a card reader.

    3, generally speaking, pressed the pwr_on button about twenty times, it will occurs. and very freqently

    The link should work fine. You can clear your browser cache, close the browser and try again. Alternately if you are stuck at the login screen then try this.

    Login: readonly

     

    Password: readonly

    Schema Repository: SDO-WEB

    Database: SDOWP

    This will lead you to a very generic page. Select Public Queries -> Embedded Software -> WinCE -> BSP_WINCE_OMAP35X_Active_IRs

     

    Regarding #2. Does the behavior change if you only have OTG or EHCI host connected (i.e, don't connect to both OTG and EHCI ports). This will give us another data point.
