TMS320DM6446: H.265 codec?

Part Number: TMS320DM6446

We have been using the DM6446 for years successfully in our product line.  Our customers use primarily MPEG4 and h.264 encoding.  We have a new prospect that is requiring h.265 compression (codec).  Is this available anywhere either from TI or a third-party?
