Clocks are gated inside the particular peripheral in which they are used, depending on the mode selected for this peripheral.

Thank you for your quick response.
FUNC_24M_GFCLK seems to be only used for McASP.
By disabling the McASP modules, is the FUNC_24M_GFCLK gated?

See Figure 3-53 and Figure 3-54. Clock will be gated individually for each instance where it's not used.
