I need a data sheet / drawing of the CBD package. This is the 538-pin FCBGA of the AM5706/AM5708.

From what I checked the package drawing is not yet available. You can find the package CAD models here: www.ti.com/.../pinout-quality

I have also notified the factory team. They will comment here.

I have attached the drawing below. Since this will be provided in the next version of the Data Manual, the drawing will be deleted from this post at that time.
