Need confirmation of which SPI signals are used for SPI boot mode on C6748

I would like to get confirmation of which signals are required for support of the SPI boot modes on the C6748.  My specific situation is to use SPI1, but I would like confirmation for both SPI0 and SPI1.  The Using the TMS320C6748/C6746/C6742 Bootloader (Rev. C) guide does not specifically address the use of SPIx_ENA.

I would also suggest an update to the datasheet to indicate this information.
