Hi,

I have bought OMAP based kit from TechNexion called the Tsunami.

I have installed the Win CE 6.0 R3 and all the updated. I have followed all the installation rules.

The developemnt system is Vista Home Premium Intel core 2 duo 2.0GHz with 4GB Ram and 64GB free HDD space.

I have added Microsoft USB web camera driver. On Building the system the process takes 9 hrs and seems to have stuck at one of the modules.

the build window has the following last lines.

NETCFV2_MODULES=dotnetv2

MEDIAAPPS_MODULES= wmpocx wmpocx_loc wmpocx_skin LN 811

I have to cancel the build on as the previous tries it has gone for 11 hours.

Please guide

    Hi Prasanna,

     

    Did you try to build the BSP before installing USB web camera driver?

    Make sure that  the R3 installation packages are for  Vista.

    Hi,

    I was able to build the image successfully on XP with MS USB camera.

    The kit comes with a 7inch (800X400) LCD with touch Panel. I loaded the nk.bin in the SD slot and it booted properly except the LCD screen was smaller.

    looks like 4.3 inch.

    The LCD is working properly as the demo nk.bin image displays properly in the 7 inch.

    The 7 inch LCD is AT070TN94.

    The build.Log has the following entries

     DBSP_LCD_ENABLE=1 and DBSP_LCD_AT070TN94.

    Is there any other place where I have to do addtional setting

    Hi,

    I am able to build the image with the MS USB camera driver. The OS image is able to drive the 7inch display properly.

    I am using the CameraDshowApp.exe. The initail Dlg show Driver:CAM1 when the USB web cam is connected.

    but there is no image on the screen just a plan white screen. I have tried all the menus but it shows a blank white screen.

    I have tried two cameras Logitecg Webcam C100m (1.3Mpixel) and Iball C12.0 (2M pixel)

    Is there any other addtional setting that needs to be done?? Please guide me.
