This is related to the link:
https://e2e.ti.com/support/arm/sitara_arm/f/791/t/667898 As the thread is locked, I just wanted to share the solution to TI aand others who are facing similar issues.
It was mentioned in above link that our QT code was buggy and hence we were getting weston crash.
However we have fixed the issue by upgrading the SDK to 04.02 from 03.03 without modifying a single line in QT code.
This is just for informtion so that other users dont face same issue. They just need to upgrade SDK.
