CCS/TDA3XEVM: Looking for a getting started document / example

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I have the TDA3XEVM board, and CCS studio running on a Windows box. I don't have a JTAG emulator cable.

Is there a getting started document and/or some sample code I can look at to just compile/run some code and set a breakpoint. (Bonus points if I can get something coming out the HDMI port.)
