Where can I find the low bitrate audio codec for dm355

Are you referring to audio codecs as in mp3 encode or mp3 decode?  If so, our codec inventory is listed here: http://focus.ti.com/dsp/docs/dspfindtoolswbytooltype.tsp?sectionId=3&tabId=1460&toolTypeId=65&familyId=44 

I do not see the G729 codec available for DM355; however, mp3 is available.  With regards to bit rates, the codec data-sheets inlcuded with the free evals (can be ordered via link above) contain the supported bit rates for a particular codec.  For instance, looking at mp3 codec data-sheet, I see it does support 32kpbs bit rates.

Just tried the link in your message and it worked for me; this is likely an issue with certain sites being blocked in China.  I would send your request via www.ti.com/support as your regional support teams have been trained on how to handle these cases.

You probably do have to work with http://support.ti.com to get in touch with a local TI contact who can help out with this sort of thing. I suspect there may be licensing issues that have to be dealt with before the software is available in your region, unfortunately Juan and I do not have the authority to distribute the software directly.
